2. SMS Messaging Terms & Consent

By opting into our SMS messaging service, you agree to the following terms regarding how we handle your data:

• Data Collection. We collect your name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number when you sign up for SMS updates. This information is collected via the website contact form, email, service agreement, or booking system.
• Data Usage. We use your data solely for sending general communications and reporting details related to our services.
• Data Security. We protect your data with appropriate administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to prevent unauthorized access.
• Data Retention. We retain your information as long as you are subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.
• Message & Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.
• Frequency. Messages are recurring, and message frequency varies.
• Help. Contact Rocket Results at +1 647-788-8813 or support@rocketresults.ai for HELP or to STOP receiving messages.
• Opt-Out. You may opt out of the SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or CANCEL to support@rocketresults.ai or +1 647-788-8813. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm, and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.
• Assistance. You may send HELP for additional assistance, and you will receive a text including our phone number, email, and website.
• Non-Sharing. We do not share, sell, or rent your data or mobile phone numbers to any parties for marketing purposes.

Consent to receive commercial electronic messages (including SMS and email) is obtained and managed in accordance with Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL). You may withdraw consent at any time using the methods described above.

3. Collection of Information

“Personal Information” means information about an identifiable individual, as defined under PIPEDA. This may include, but is not limited to, your name, email address, postal or other physical address, and similar identifiers.

We may collect, or you may be asked to provide, some or all of the following Personal Information when you use the Platform:

• First name and last name
• Location, postal code, shipping address, and billing address
• Payment information (such as credit card or other payment method details)

We do not sell, rent, or trade your Personal Information. We do not share your Personal Information for marketing purposes with parties outside Rocket Results.

8. Do Not Track Signals

Rocket Results does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals sent by internet browsers, nor do we impose any such protocol on parties with whom we may share data.

9. Newsletters & Electronic Communications

You may subscribe to our newsletters to receive updates about Rocket Results, our products and services, special promotions, and other offerings. Commercial electronic messages are sent only where we have obtained express or implied consent as required by CASL. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters, you may click or tap the “unsubscribe” link in the newsletter or contact us directly using the details in Section 21.

10. Email Communications

You may email us directly at support@rocketresults.ai with any questions or comments. We endeavour to read messages received and to respond promptly. In addition to replying, we may retain your correspondence for future reference regarding improvements to the Platform.

11. Security

We are committed to protecting Personal Information against loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, alteration, and destruction. Rocket Results takes reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including encryption in transit using industry-standard protocols.

Nonetheless, no system, website, or method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that: (a) we cannot guarantee that collected information will never be disclosed in a manner inconsistent with this Privacy Policy; (b) there are security and privacy limitations of the internet and wireless networks beyond our control; (c) the security, integrity, and privacy of information exchanged through the Platform cannot be fully guaranteed; and (d) such information may be intercepted or tampered with by a third party. It is your responsibility to safeguard your account password and credentials.

The Platform may contain links to other websites. Rocket Results is not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites. We encourage you to review the privacy statements of any website that collects Personal Information.

The availability of third-party websites on or through the Platform is for convenience only. We do not endorse or approve any third-party websites and make no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, adequacy, or safety of information found there. Your use of third-party websites is governed by the applicable terms and privacy policy of each such website.

This Privacy Policy does not create rights enforceable by third parties or require disclosure of any personal information relating to users of the Platform beyond what is required or permitted by applicable law.

14. Data Location & Cross-Border Processing

The Platform is operated from Canada and is intended primarily for use by residents of Canada. Personal Information may be stored or processed in Canada or in other jurisdictions by our service providers. When Personal Information is transferred outside of Canada, it may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction in which it is stored and may be accessible to law enforcement and regulatory authorities of that jurisdiction.
